In the success of the manager; His harmony with his team, especially his assistant, is extremely critical. A harmonious teamwork is only possible with two-way interaction. However, where this harmony is achieved, the manager trusts the assistant and delegates his work, and the assistant can recognize and offer the support that the manager will need in advance. In order for an assistant to prepare the actions of the manager he\/she works with one step ahead, managers need to provide their assistants with a continuous and detailed flow of information. Only teams that can achieve this can achieve success. We would like to discuss the details of this teamwork during a full day with you. While listening to very valuable experiences, maybe we will have the opportunity to learn some lessons for the future. Then, we will listen to one of the most critical skills of an executive assistant, namely “Managing the Manager”, and other expectations of the management from the assistant with a presentation. We will be listening to Selin G\u00fcnsev’s presentation on “Self-Management: Personal Integrity and Self-Renewal”, which is of great importance for a learning assistant. and we will have the opportunity to listen to different approaches on this subject. ‘Communication, Image and Elegance’: we will listen to these topics, which are indispensable for a good executive assistant, from G\u00f6khan Dumanl\u0131.
