Welcome to the future of leadership! We invite you to a threshold with this summit.

If you’re ready, we want to take a walk on the fine line between today and tomorrow for a while. Wise leaders who know the route very well will guide us on this journey. We will listen to their voices, and together we will witness how many years of experience will crystallize and turn into knowledge. We will discover new routes, maybe this time we will learn without trial and error.

We will look at what is “ours”, focus on those who have succeeded in this climate. We will hear from their own mouth how they grew the fruit of success. Perhaps we will be surprised to see that success is planable. And sometimes we won’t be surprised at all:

We will realize that some of the rules of the leadership phenomenon, which started with the history of humanity, never get old. To say new things; first we will see how valuable it is to know the “old” that is ours and we will understand that new solutions are not used with borrowed ideas.

We will talk about today and tomorrow with wise leaders. We will learn how we can look at the future while living today, and how we can do this without missing the present while we are constructing the future. We will see that the success achieved “alone” on this path is not enough to make even the strongest manager a leader.

So, you see, our journey is long. But the end always comes to us.

It’s hard not to disagree with Plato: He who rules himself rules even the Solar System, let alone the Earth!

In fact, leaders are similar to the Sun. They unwittingly drag you behind them, they do not do it on command, they pull you to themselves with an invisible gravitational force, just like the Sun does to other planets. Not only do they attract, they illuminate you, they point the way you should walk. At this summit, we have brought together some of the Suns of our business world for you.

At our Management and Leadership Summit, we tried to address the suns of our business world and the issues that most need enlightenment in leadership and management processes. We thought it appropriate to start the day with the “Holistic Management Approach”, thinking that we should come from the whole and look at the whole first. Next, we wanted to discuss “Managing the Future” skill, which is one of the most important qualities that make a leader a leader. With the awareness that leading brands owe their success not to “heroic” leaders, but to the established leadership understanding of the institution, we could not help but underline the successor management in leadership. We also planned to discuss the “Boards of Directors and Unknowns”, which are responsible for transmitting and maintaining the understanding of leadership. Besides all this, we have reserved a special section for the “Physical and Digital Stance”, which must be mastered for the highest level of mastery in self-expression. We wanted to cover the “Art of Delegation”, where they must be skilful in order to become its leader.
